We are currently working on the development of original, innovative concepts within the real estate sector as well as traditional co-investments, acquisitions, recapitalizations and exits.
Our focus has shifted from a transaction-based approach to a partner driven approach, given:

TAIMUR HADI
Managing Director
Taimur has over 20 years of experience in strategy, finance, joint-ventures and business development in multiple sectors such as financial services, real estate, commodities, and telecom.
Prior to founding TH Associates in 2008, Taimur conceived the concept behind the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), the region’s first oil futures exchange. He was the company’s founding employee and spearheaded the partnership between the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the Government of Dubai and the Sultanate of Oman.
Taimur worked in the strategy arm of the Dubai Government. He developed strategies for attracting foreign direct investment and built partnerships with global industry leaders on behalf of the Dubai Development and Investment Authority.
Prior to returning to the Middle East, Taimur worked in the US telecom sector as Director of Strategy and Planning for @Link Networks, a telecommunications start-up business in Denver, Colorado.
Taimur began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., a Wall Street investment bank, where he was involved in corporate finance and equity capital markets, raising over US$8 billion of lead and co-managed equity, debt and convertible securities transactions.
